I was still young when I came in contact with spiritual growth and development. This was because I had the fortune to grow up in a very special family. After an intensive period of practising martial arts there was a shift from a more externally oriented development to inner development. The interest in yoga and meditation was quickly awakened and I completed several teacher trainings in the Netherlands, France and India. In the following period I've been working as an Exercise Therapist, Exercise therapy teacher at the University of Amsterdam and as a yoga teacher. Naturally the decision arose for me to focus fully on yoga, meditation and Vedanta. This resulted in 2009 in saying goodbye to the yoga school in Lisse and in one year of sadhana (spiritual practice) in India and the Netherlands.
After teaching in the Netherlands, India, England and Switzerland in workshops, retreats and teacher trainings, it is now time for a new impulse in the form of Deva Deva - school for yoga and meditation.
With great enthusiasm and inspiration back in Lisse to offer a diverse and inspiring program to anyone who wishes to learn yoga and meditation.
