Class description: Dru yoga is a flowing style of yoga suitable for everyone, from beginners to experienced, bendy to not-so-bendy. There is an emphasis on moving the body slowly and with care to loosen joints, stretch muscles and balance all of the bodily systems. Classes are relaxed, friendly and inclusive. Each class will include breathing techniques and a period of guided relaxation.

I am a fully qualified Teacher of Dru Yoga and a Member of the Register of Dru Yoga Teachers (MRDY). I have been teaching yoga to adults and children for 2 years and am fully CRB checked and insured.
