A series of poses performed in a meditative flow with synchronised breath. Working through the Ashtanga primary series, every few poses will be followed by a Vinyasa Flow, similar to that of a sun salutation. Focusing on Ujayii breath throughout the practice invigorates calm and stillness to the mind.

I completed my 200 Yoga TTC specialising in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga with an emphasis on meditation, pranayama and chanting at Himalaya Yoga Valley in Goa, India in February 2014. I volunteered in Sri Lanka teaching yoga amongst other physical activities in a disabled school for boys for one month, then travelled on to Thailand to complete a Thai Yoga massage course. I was employed as a yoga teacher at Le Rosey Summer Camp as the yoga teacher for one month teaching 9-16 year olds asana, pranayama and meditative techniques whilst making it interactive through games and class discussions. I am currently studying for an ITEC Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology qualification.
I am now based in New Malden where I teach at Asana Health in Kingston Upon Thames
