Siriruch Kittikunadul (Lek) was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand before moving to San Francisco in 1994 to further his education. In San Francisco he attended a yoga class at the Integral Yoga Institute and discovered the wonder of yoga. He move back to Thailand in 2004 to live in Pai until the loss of his partner led him on a journey deeper into his yoga practice and on to India for training at the Sivananda Yoga School in Uttrarakashi. Lek also completed his yoga teacher training with Yin Yoga teacher and trainer Victor Chng. Lek now lives in Chiang Mai and loves to learn and study as well as continuing to attend additional Yin Yoga trainings with Victor and even occasionally providing in class translations for Victor's Yin Yoga trainings in Thailand. His Yin Yoga classes incorporate Traditional Chinese Medicine, Philosophy and Wisdom from life's lessons. Lek teaches Yin Yoga at the Wild Rose Yoga Studio in Chiang Mai on Mondays and Saturdays.
