For: Beginners or students with back problems who are looking to strengthen their core.
These 75 minute classes are made up of focussed pranayama practices to activate the diaphragm and deep abdominal muscles, the asanas have been modified to ensure that the main focus is on holding the body in a steady and secure posture so that the core muscles of the body are utilised effectively.
Postures follow a similar sequence each week to allow the student to gain confidence and to build up strength. Classes end with a yoga nidra session.
