I am an experienced Yoga instructor conducting classes for more than four years.I have tailor made my own set of sequences .Yoga poses relaxes your mind , body & soul.I follow vinyasa style of yoga... My class duration is 90min that includes breathing excercises, different postures ,relaxing techniques,accupressure and antiaging tips.
