I am an Internationally Qualified Yoga Instructor with more than 32 years practising Yoga, teaching for than 25 years. Hold a Degree Sports science. Sports Psychologist and Exercise Physiologist. Conduct health talks, seminars, workshops,retreats and theraphy sessions all over the world. conduct Instructors course and Lecture in the University. As an academician our courses are very comprehensive and simple to follow. It is an experience of the new modern era of understanding in YOGA. Medicalised Yoga for the modern life. I also conduct Sports Yoga for the elite athletes at National and International Level.
