Children's yoga is a fun approach to yoga, including yoga postures, yoga games, songs, crafts, team work etc. We incorporate themes into our classes to address things such as trust, respect, our world, animals, events in the world as well as calendar events such as Easter, Independence Day, St Patrick's Day etc. It is a great way to increase your children's confidence, improve their strength and immune system and make some good friends.
