Normally a class will comprise the following elements: A brief relaxation, followed by some warming up; Asanas (postures); Pranayama (breathing expansion) and final Relaxation / Yoga Nidra

Hello, I'm Sonnia Gough (Anuraga). My experience of yoga spans through many years and has been influenced by the teachings of several teachers from different traditions. I have successfully completed a Two-year Yoga Teacher Training Course at Mandala Yoga Ashram (also Accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga), in Carmarthenshire, Wales.
I am insured, and hold a Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate.
Yoga is part of my life and I am grateful for the opportunity to share it with others.
