Ashtanga yoga is an inspiring, dynamic and physically demanding style of yoga. The postures are dynamically linked to create a continuous flow. It is a great way to increase flexibility and build strength, stamina as well as reducing stress.
The classes are held in a small yoga studio with a maximum of 6 students so individual attention is guaranteed.
