Vinyasa Flow RYT with Yoga London and Pre / Post Natal training undertaken with appleyoga.
I originally came to yoga as a way to rebalance and stretch my body after hours of cycling training. I found that yoga not only helped with recovery, but also actively with my training, by helping me develop my core strength and my breath. With time, yoga became a regular practice in my life, something I wanted to explore further, independently of cycling. Under the guidance of several teachers, both vinyasa flow and ashtanga, I learnt more about yoga and wanted to embark on the teacher training journey. Since then I've learnt a great deal and continue to learn more every day. Come and join me on the yoga adventure!
