Beginners yoga course - learn yoga under the expert instruction of an advanced yogini Miska Zimanova. Courses commence every 6 weeks. You will learn fundamental principles of postures, breathing and energy locks, relaxation and meditation; and experience their effects on your wellbeing. You will awaken your spine, muscles, tendons, ligaments, begin to adopt correct posture, learn to breathe and relax properly.
This course offers you basic understanding of yogic practice and prepares you for a variety of classes and styles available. Yoga mats and blankets are provided.
