I AM CURRENTLY AWAY ON LEAVE so am not teaching or providing therapy 2015 to 2016. I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher in 2012 and that year ran a small friendly class at the local village hall. I originally taught a Tuesday 1230pm class for an hour and 15 minutes at Colburn Leisure Centre, Colburn (Take turning left before Liddle going on road from Catterick Garrison towards A1 entries). Also Wednesday evenings 7pm at Bellerby village Hall. Please contact me if you require further details. My Leisure persuits include swimming, walking and cycling in the Yorkshire Dales and looking after small animals. I have been a swimming instructor for adults and children in the past and also qualified massage therapist.
