Our Hatha and Flow yoga links postures (asanas) practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a series. Hatha and Flow classes feature asanas that are linked with the breath with little rest between postures. With the breath and movement together there is an increase in focus, strength, balance and flexibility. This class is suitable for all levels of experience. However, if you are new to the class and have any injuries please contact The Yoga-Lounge directly to discuss.

I am a FRYOG yoga teacher (www.friendsofyoga.co.uk) and I have been teaching yoga since 2005.. I teach at my own studio set in a woodland environment both hatha and flow yoga. I also run Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation) classes once a month. Events, workshop and retreats are organised by The Yoga-Lounge.
Class numbers are limited to ensure individual attention. One to one tuition is available. Classes are suitable for all, as you are encouraged to work at your own pace.
