Inner Yoga is a nurturing and subtle way of practicing yoga. It encourages you to develop a strong inner awareness by listening to and reconnecting with both your body and your soul.
Each class is different since it is designed around the particular needs of the students. It will however always comprise yoga postures, breathing and relaxation techniques as well as some meditation.

I started yoga over 20 years ago and over the years have studied with a variety of teachers from a range of different traditions.
I hold a teaching diploma from the Inner Yoga Trust which is accredited by BWY.
My focus is on the healing and transformative power of yoga and my classes are both fun and nurturing.
