This class is suitable for all age groups and levels. Working with traditional yoga postures at your own pace, this class will help you to develop strength and flexibility. Practise will include breath techniques, 'pranayama', to ensure a calm mind and strong mental focus, and final relaxation helps to melt away any stress or tension for a feeling of lasting wellbeing.
