www.yogajules.org .Julie is a qualified Karuna Yoga Teacher, RYT 500, she trained under the guidance of Ruth White, one of Britain’s leading Yoga Teachers.
Julie has been a yogini for over 15 years. She teaches Iyengar inspired Karuna Yoga. ‘Karuna’ means compassion.
Julie has an eye for detail concerning precise alignment in a safe environment, teaching with warmth and compassion helping you to achieve your full potential.
Stoneings Yoga Studio is Julie’s home based venue, set in idyllic gardens in the village of Knockholt, Kent.
She also teaches at Hawley Pavilion near Dartford, Kent.
