Yoga In Plymouth
I offer mixed ability Yoga classes with an emphasis on encouraging the individual to gradually increase their capability in sometimes challenging Yoga postures (Asana). I aim to still the mind with the degree of concentration required to find a point in posture work where the body has been able to contain and control its energy by working with the breath.
