Open to all & particularly well suited to those living with or recovering from health challenges. Classes are based on gentle movements and breathing to bring ease and relaxation into the body and mind.

I teach scheduled as well as private group and individual classes in Bude and surround areas. My teaching style is influenced by different styles of yoga but focuses on flowing sequences and static postures, combined with breath work and relaxation techniques.
