A postnatal yoga class which combines a focused, relevent and safe yoga practice for the mums with gentle yoga stretches and rhymes for the babies.
Safely rebuild core strength, stabilise lower back and pelvis, open chest and shoulders, relax and restore energy, meet other mums and have fun.
