I have been practising yoga since 1972 and teaching since 1986 when I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga. Yoga is such a rich and wide ranging philosophy and way of life. I find there is always something new to learn and it has supported me through all the changing years. It is my greatest pleasure to share everything that I learn and experience through yoga with all who come to classes or one to one sessions. It is so beneficial to tailor yoga to each person's needs. Since 1986 meditation retreats and teachings with many international teachers have deepened my practice. I did a 6 montth pranayam course in 1996 with Philip Xerri which also influences how I teach. In 2014 I trained in Nepal to use Tibetan Singing Bowls therapeutically and they are a great asset to use when sharing yoga with others. The greatest asset is the experience I gain from teaching such a wide range of students over the years - every student teaches me something new.
