A gentle yoga class to help balance the energies in our seven-chakra system.
When these energy centres become blocked by tension they can create
discomfort within the body. We can release these blocks practicing yoga poses
that correspond to each chakra, therefore releasing the blocks and tension.
Classes run for 7 weeks - Until 18th December 2013
